This page is a short guide to where find what. Quite likely you will never have to read it.
- Bookaroo - the supervision booking system.
If you are in one of my supervision groups you were (or soon will be) supplied with a password. In combination with your CRSID it will allow to log on to the system. Once you are there you will be able to book supervision subjected to the chosen slot being available. I have decided to allow the supervisions on all weekdays and additionally on Saturday (though this might prove not to be popular :)). The first slot is at 1pm, the last one at 7pm. If there are requests form at least 3 groups to have earlier slots I will try to arrange some.
The slots might be taken by other students (FCFS) or marked 'Busy' by me.
Only one person from a group books a supervision. Automatically generated confirmation email will then be send to all the group memebers.

Supervised courses.
Each of the supervised courses has a subpage created. It contains course specific informations such as the work to be attempted for each of the supervisions. I will also try to compile a list of Frequently Asked Questions as there is a lot of time to forget the answers before the exams.

Where and when to hand in the work?
The work has to be handed in the day before the supervision before I leave the lab. Since it is usually after 4pm when the last collection from the blue supervision work box happens the best idea is to put it there. If for some reason you fail to do that try to get it delivered to my pigon hole at the lab. The last resource is to drop it of to my house which is 39 Victoria Park.
You can also send the work in electronic form (preferably not .doc files - send the .prn file that gets created when you print to a file). The email is here. -
Where will the supervision be taking place?
In the Lab somewhere. I will send you an email after booking a supervision room.
That is probably everything. Just give me a shout if you think I forgot to mention something. This webpage is for you so I want to make it most useful for you.
